Kyle F. Bosket, Esq. is an attorney, with almost 20 years of legal and leadership experience in employment law, labor relations, human resources management, and workplace compliance. Kyle currently represents federal employees before agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB), Office of Special Counsel (OSC), and Defense Office of Hearings and Appeals (DOHA).

Kyle's unique background combines legal advocacy with executive-level human resources strategic leadership. Throughout his career, he has served in key leadership positions with the U.S. Department of Energy, U.S. Department of Transportation, U.S. Department of Treasury, U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, and the City of Philadelphia. In these roles, he advised executives on employee and labor relations matters, conducted high-profile workplace investigations, negotiated labor agreements, developed organizational policies, and led strategic initiatives designed to improve workplace culture and operational effectiveness.

Recognized for his practical approach and strategic insight, Kyle has successfully guided executives, government agencies, businesses, non-profit organizations and employees through some of the most complex workplace and employment law challenges. His experience spans litigation, investigations, collective bargaining, policy development, compliance auditing, employee relations, and organizational change management.

Kyle earned his Juris Doctor from Penn State Dickinson Law ("We Are") and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Maryland ("Go Terps!"). He is licensed to practice law in New Jersey and holds advanced certifications in workplace investigations, EEO investigations, mediation, and suitability determinations.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Kyle is a devoted father to his four children, Abria, Kyle Jr., Karter, and Kristian, who remain his greatest source of inspiration and pride. When he is not representing clients, he enjoys spending time with his family and cheering on his favorite Philadelphia sports teams. A lifelong sports enthusiast, Kyle is a die-hard Philadelphia 76ers, Philadelphia Eagles, and Philadelphia Phillies fan, rarely missing an opportunity to support his teams and celebrate the city he proudly calls home.
